Apprenticeship at Rollstar AG - Polymechanic

Hello, my name is Marlon and I am currently in my 3rd year of training as an EFZ polymechanic at Rollstar

Als Lernender gefällt es mir hier sehr, vor allem wegen dem tollen Arbeitsklima.

Auch Arbeitstechnisch bin ich sehr zufrieden, egal in welchem Lehrjahr man ist.

As an apprentice, I really like it here, especially because of the great working atmosphere.

I'm also very happy with the work, no matter what year you're in.

As I'm in the 3rd year of my apprenticeship, I'm currently going through a tour of the whole Rollstar. Where I get an insight into each area for a certain period of time.

So far I have been able to gain an insight into the gear cutting and turning departments.

I learned a lot there and was able to operate various machines independently over time.

Next, I'll be sent on to the assembly department, where I'll learn more about our hydraulic motors/planetary gearboxes and will also be able to lend a hand myself.
