Servicing by the manufacturer ensures professional execution with original spare parts and reduces breakdown and downtime of the system.
Rollstar is known for fast service: Within a few days of arrival at our premises, the unit will be dismantled, checked and you will receive a damage and/or service report with a cost estimate. Until then, no costs will be incurred for you, with the exception of transport.
Service and Repair
Only Rollstar Service has all the spare parts in stock and has the specific knowledge that makes up an expert service. Since we are constantly developing and optimizing our products, improvements will be made to the existing product if necessary in order to further increase operational reliability and service life.
Units repaired by Rollstar Services are as good as new. Therefore, we grant a 6-month warranty on the parts replaced by us from the date of delivery.

Global service network
Rollstar has a global service network. If possible, the overhaul can be carried out directly on site. We also offer to overhaul gearboxes from other manufacturers. We will be happy to advise you personally on which service is best suited.

Important Note:For import you should not arrange for a Customs Free Passport and not arrange for temporary import. Please arrange for a normal import and indicate on the accompanying documents a maximum of about 10% of the new price, as the unit is defective.
