Axial piston motor

The AM motor series from Rollstar is an axial piston motor with a constant stroke volume.

Axial piston motors are constructed similarly to axial piston pumps. Inside there is a cylindrical rotary part with axial piston bores. Pistons are inserted into these bores and are supported in the axial direction on an inclined sliding disk. The rotary part and thus the shaft of the motor begin to rotate as a result of pressure or suction action on the individual pistons.

Hydraulischer Axialkolbenmotor Rollstar AM

Torque range: 0 to 2335 Nm

The axial piston motor AM from Rollstar has good starting and slow running behavior and a high mechanical efficiency over the entire speed range.

Output is via a continuous hollow shaft, which offers ideal mounting options for Planetary gear or a second shaft end for Brake or speed measurement. The oil connections are available in axial or radial design.

The motor is suitable for a maximum continuous nominal pressure of 210 bar and intermittently up to 315 bar with speeds of 0–2700 rpm^..

Our axial piston motors are available in six sizes from 79 cm³ up to 491 cm³. These six sizes cover a torque range of 0-2335 Nm.
