Benefit at Rollstar AG from my perspective

I have been responsible for infrastructure and production at Rollstar for 6 years as Operations Manager. I am proud of Switzerland as a production location and the high level of vertical integration. With targeted investments, I am constantly updating our machinery and forming the basis for being able to react quickly to customer inquiries. My work serves to ensure efficient production, new manufacturing methods and, last but not least, secures jobs. A great infrastructure, including tools, machines and workstations, also supports our highly motivated employees in their day-to-day work. They are the ones who make the chips fly and create products with their work. In this way, I play my part in ensuring that we have quality under control and can inspire customers all over the world with our drive solutions made in Egliswil.
