Today we introduce our apprenticeship trainers Michael Hack and Patrick Hunziker

Michael Hack apprenticeship trainer design engineer EFZ:

For about 3 years now, I have been able to supervise / accompany the apprentices in the design department at Rollstar.

It's great to see how the trainees develop during the 4 years of their apprenticeship and grow from year to year with their new tasks.

So far, I haven't regretted taking on this role, even if I sometimes find it difficult to make enough time for them alongside all the ongoing projects.

Patrick Hunziker apprenticeship trainer for polymechanics EFZ and production mechanics EFZ

I have been a vocational trainer for polymechanics at Rollstar AG since the beginning of March this year. I think it's great to pass on my knowledge and experience to motivated apprentices. It makes me happy to support young people on their way into the world of work and to help them develop their full potential.

I find it really exciting to shape and inspire the next generation of professionals.
